These are popular events, so you should plan on arriving at 6pm if possible! Seats aren’t reserved for any members of your group not currently present. We ask that customers arrive no later than 7:30pm in order to allow for enough time to paint and enjoy your beverages. We begin cleanup at 8:45pm.
Adult events are perfect for birthdays, corporate events, or any special occasion! Your party can be held in the studio for up to 30 people.
Parties with 10 people or less can be scheduled on Saturdays from 10am-12pm or 1-3pm and on Sundays from 1-3pm or 3:30-5:30pm. Parties with 11-20 people can be booked on Saturdays from 10am-12pm or on Sundays from 1-3pm. If your group exceeds 20 people, it can be scheduled after store hours on any weekday up to 9pm or from 11am-1pm on Sundays and would be subject to the Private Party guidelines. Weekday parties with groups of 20 people or less can be scheduled anytime during our store hours for a two hour time slot or after hours as a Private Party.
If you’d like to serve food and drinks at your function, we’ll provide the table and tablecloth. You’ll need to bring cups, plates, napkins, and silverware as well as any edibles. A $25 party fee is added to all events with food and drink.
You’ll pay for the pieces your guests choose (the average price of pieces is between $11-$30) which includes unlimited paints, instruction, and kiln firing. If you’re serving food and drink, a $25 party fee will be added to the event. To contribute to a group party, please include the party host’s name.
Ceramic pieces painted with glazes are left in the shop to be fired in the kiln. They are then ready to be picked up in 3-7 days. Glazes are food safe so all items in the store including drink ware, bowls and plates work with this selection.
Please make your reservations in advance. A $50 deposit holds your spot and is then deducted from your total on the day of the event. All parties are scheduled in 2-hour blocks. If you’d like a longer party, the fee is $50 per additional hour.
If you’d like to schedule your party or event after business hours or on a day when we’re normally closed, there’s a $250 minimum.
Cancellations made seven days or more from the event will receive $50 in store credit. Cancellations made less than seven days from the event will forfeit the $50 deposit.
